It’s the perfect way to get together and relax during your stay at Valleyfair.
You can choose to have your picnic in one of three scenic locations
- Picnic Cove - Our beautiful, wooded picnic cove offers amenities perfect for large and small groups.
- Dining Patio - Conveniently located inside the park, this location can accommodate up to 500 guests.
- Plaza Patio - Another great location within the park, our Plaza Patio is ideal for groups of 50-200 guests.

- Reserved picnic area for your group with customized signage
- PA system and microphone (by request)
- Set-up, preparation and clean-up

Just a few catering guidelines:
- The minimum group size for all catered meals is 50 guests.
- All menus are served in an all-you-can eat, buffet style.
- Groups may select only one meal option per service time allocated.
- No gratuities are added or accepted.
- All catering charges are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax and is not included in printed pricing.
- Additional guidelines and restrictions may apply.
