22nd Annual Physics Days
Valleyfair, in conjunction with the Minnesota Science Teachers Association (MnSTA), is excited to offer three Physics days when the amusement park is transformed into the state's largest classroom! Students may explore the laws of physics and engineering concepts or basic physical science concepts.
Valleyfair is open exclusively to Physics Days attendees on Monday, May 18. On Tuesday, May 19 & Wednesday, May 20, Valleyfair will be open to the public as well as Physics Days attendees.
Advance registration is required. To enhance the learning experience, we limit the number of students for each day so be sure to sign up early. Call Valleyfair Group Sales at (952) 496-5331 or click here and select "Physics Days" to have registration materials sent to you. ALL PHYSICS DAYS ORDERS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE MnSTA BY April 30, 2009. A lower rate is available for Physics Days groups who register by April 16, 2009.
Free Amusement Park Physics Workshop
A free amusement park physics workshop has been scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Minnetonka High School. This is a great opportunity for new teachers to learn about Physics Days and experienced teachers to exchange curriculum ideas. For more information, contact Valleyfair Group Sales at (952) 496-5331.

Workbooks are available for download in PDF format below. Teacher guides are also available, but are not posted online. In addition, all materials are available in an editable format (MS Word) for teachers to customize.
