Season Pass

Valleyfair Guest Services is located to the right hand side of our Front Gate Plaza.  Our representatives are pleased to offer you assistance with the following:

Admission

Our admission allows you to enjoy our rides, shows and Soak City (Waterpark Hours). Food, merchandise, games, some attractions and Challenge Park are extra charges. All posted prices, except food and merchandise, include Minnesota sales tax.

Cash Machines

There are eight ATM machine locations: outside the park near Guest Services, in front of Stadium Pizza & Grill, inside the Hi-Test Arcade, at the Lunch Basket, in the games area next to Hydroblaster, in the games area across from SuperCat, next to Steel Venom and in Soak City Waterpark near the Breakers Bay BathHouse.

Height Measuring

If someone in your party is close to 48" tall in shoes, stop at Guest Services before purchasing your tickets or entering the park to be officially measured. Guest Services can wristband anyone who is at or slightly over 48" tall in shoes. Wristband does not guarantee ability to ride. Guests with wristband will still be measured at the ride locations to ensure consistency.

Accessibility

Guest Services has information on the accessibility of specific rides and attractions.Valleyfair strives to minimize barriers in all areas of the park for our guests with disabilites. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located throughout the park. Unisex restrooms are also available. Ramps have been added to make walkways, rides, shops, food buildings, shows and attractions easier to enter.

Special Access Entrances

Attention: We have modified our policies, practices and procedures to provide accommodations for guests with mobility restrictions.

Special Access Entrances facilitate the boarding process for guests with mobility restrictions. In an effort to be fair to all guests, any person with a mobility restriction and one riding companion may enter a ride through the Special Access Entrance once their party has waited in the regular line and is ready to board. If only the guest with a mobility restriction and one other person are riding, they can receive a boarding time from the ride operator at the Special Access Entrance; after the boarding time has expired, they may return to the Special Access Entrance to board the ride.

Any guest who requires the use of Special Access Entrances must visit the Guest Services Office to receive a Special Access slip. Please note that this slip does not guarantee a guest’s ability to ride. Please refer to your individual ride admission policy list for rides that will safely accommodate you.

KidTrack

KidTrack is a free program that assists in quickly reuniting lost children with their parents. Guests with cell phones can register for the safety system at Guest Services or KidWorks Dry Dock.

Canadian Money Exchange

Canadian money may be exchanged for U.S. currency at Guest Services.
