Park Operations Division

Admissions Team Member

• Sell tickets
• Operate a cash register, credit card terminal and Tele-Check machine
• Cash handling
• Interact with guests and answer their questions
• Provide quality guest interaction and service
• Ensure appropriate tickets are presented for admission
• Maintain cleanliness of the Front Gate area
• Sweep walkways and perform other various cleaning responsibilities
• Enforce park admission requirements

Guest Services Team Member

• Handle guest comments, questions and concerns
• Sell tickets
• Answer informational calls
• Provide information about ride admission policies

Call Center Team Member

• Provide guests with information about the park
• Handle guest comments over the phone
• Possess a good knowledge of metropolitan area
• Possess good writing and verbal skills
• Assist with standard clerical duties

Park Services Restroom/Utility Team Member

• Maintain the cleanliness of the park and its restrooms
• Operate various vehicles and equipment
• Use a wide variety of chemicals
• Remove trash from the park in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of picnic areas throughout the day

Restrictions apply regarding vehicle usage and some specific duties for team members under 18

Morning Sweeper/Driver

• Operate large equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the park walkways
• Perform basic maintenance and routine inspections of equipment

Night Sweeper/Truck Driver

This shift starts at park close and runs past midnight into the morning hours

• Operate large sweeping vehicle to maintain the cleanliness of our parking lot areas
• Perform basic maintenance and routine inspections of the vehicle

Ride Operator/Sweeper

• Safely operate designated rides and attractions
• Interact with guests and provide detailed safety instructions
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Maintain the cleanliness of the ride, ride area and the entire park
• Handle guest questions and comments

Ride Operators assigned to Challenge Park will have additional responsibilities, including operating a cash register and selling tickets for Challenge Park attractions, activities and merchandise.

Lifeguard

• Safely operate designated attraction
• Provide guest interaction and service
• Maintain the cleanliness of the attraction and the entire park
• Perform water tests as needed
• Be Ellis and Associates lifeguard licensed (training provided)
• Attend weekly Inservices
