How Do I Sign My Group Up?

Step 2: Group Sign-Up Form

Please click on Group Sign up Form and fill out the form to request a reservation for the date(s) that you would like to reserve for your group.

Groups may apply for more than one date as long as each date is a separate entry. If you wish to sign up for more than one date, you must re-enter the Group sign up form and enter the other dates you desire. Completion of this form will require your Federal Tax ID# (which is required by law to process payment for your non-profit group).

Please check the park operating hours and share them with your group.

Step 3: Volunteer Sign up form

Valleyfair has various dates available for fundraising. Please review the calendar below for the available dates. Please note that all dates listed may not be available. Once we receive your information (including tax id number) we will send you an Email that says that we have received your request. You will receive an additional Email  that either confirms the date you have chosen, OR a rejection email that tells you the date is already full. Where do we go when we arrive?

Please use the employee entrance, which is located ½ mile west of the main entrance (in front of the Imax theater and the Waterpark). Park in the employee parking lot and walk up the hill to the security gate. From the security gate, you will be directed to our training facility. A Valleyfair representative will meet you at the training facility.
