How Do I Sign My Group Up?

Step 1: Check Available Dates

Valleyfair has various dates available for fundraising.  Please click on the "Available Dates" link on the left to review available dates.  Please note that all dates listed may not be available. 

Once we receive your information, an automated email will be sent that acknowledges your request.  You will receive an additional email that either confirms the date you have chosen, OR a rejection email that tells you the date is already full.  Given the number of fundraising requests each year, this is a long process.  Please do not expect the confirmation or rejection email until at least mid to late April, especially if your group has requested late summer or fall dates.  Groups may also be notified at different times. 

Again, please be patient.

Step 2: Group Sign-Up Form

If you're interested, please fill out the Group Sign-Up Form to request a reservation for the date(s) that your group is interested in Fun Raising. 

You will need to following information to complete your Group Sign-Up Form:

  • Group Name
  • Main Contact Person
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Tax ID number (this is required by law) Form W9
  • Date requested
  • Estimated number of people volunteering

Please apply for dates and shifts that you know your group can fulfill.  DO NOT apply for every date and every shift unless the group is willing to commit to being available on all the dates and shifts.

If you wish to sign up for more than one date, you must re-enter the Group Sign-Up Form and enter the other dates you desire.
