Haunt Preview: CarnEVIL in 3D

September 7, 2009 12:15 PM

For weeks now we have been getting requests for some insider information on the Halloween Haunt at ValleySCARE. So it’s with great pleasure that we bring you a little sneak peak inside CarnEVIL in 3D!

One of the many frightening clowns in the CarnEVIL maze

This weekend CarnEVIL Scare Master and Account Executive Kim Hubner led the Valley Girls, and a few Marketing Interns, on a tour of CarnEVIL in 3D. We got to preview the maze and see first hand the changes for this year. Despite being sworn to secrecy on the details, we were able to sneak a couple photos and get a bit of information to share with you…

This year the maze has been revamped with a few new hilariously terrifying scares. Again, we can’t give you the exact details of the changes but we can tell you one thing… they’re awesome! The CarnEVIL team has done a fantastic job with the maze and have managed to make an already great maze even better. The maze is jam packed with frights and delights around every corner. In true CarnEVIL fashion, this maze will make you scream with laughter and fear.

Adding even more excitement to the maze, CarnEVIL will be in 3D again this year! If you didn’t upgrade your experience with 3D glasses last year, you definitely have to this year. One or two of the people who previewed CarnEVIL this weekend were skeptical that the 3D glasses would really add to the maze. One of said skeptics was a Valley Girl who can now sincerely say that the 3D glasses are a must! They truly do intensify the scare factor and bring the whole experience into a new dimension.

Intern Matt, donning his 3D glasses, was in for an eye-popping surprise in the splatter paint portion of the maze

After our sneak peak of CarnEVIL in 3D these Valley Girls can’t wait to get the complete experience when the big top opens for Halloween Haunt at ValleySCARE. We’ll see you at ValleySCARE!

Note: Halloween Haunt at ValleySCARE begins Saturday, September 26 and runs on weekends through October. The Halloween Haunt is frightening Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights after 6 p.m. and is not recommended for small children. Very cool! I'm excited to work in there this fall =D Are you girls planning to do previews for all of the haunted attractions?

From Kim & Kara:

We're not sure if we'll be able to get around to do previews of all the haunted attractions, but we will try to do a few more Haunt previews!
