Rides at Valleyfair: Better at Night

Every Valleyfair ride is awesome; sometimes even more so at night! If you choose to stick around when the sun goes down, check out some of the rides that we all love to ride in the dark.

Delirious – Route 76 is the best place to spend a night at Valleyfair. While making your way to Delirious, you walk under a beautiful display of lights that you may not have noticed are right above your head during the daytime. After following this twinkling path, you view the purple giant in all its glory as you ride the colorfully lit-up new ride.

North Star – The stellar views from North Star are enhanced when the park lights up at night. Watch everything twinkle as you soar through the sky 200 feet in the air. As you move up to the bright starry top of the ride, you notice all of the lights you are twirling around during the ride.

High Roller – Enjoy your ride on Hiiiiiigh Roller even more after the sun sets! These famous white tracks are lined with moving lights that add an awe-inducing shine as you zoom past.

Ferris Wheel – There’s a reason so many movies feature night-time Ferris Wheel rides! Looking up at the night sky when you are way up high makes for a night you will never forget. Riding this classic, bright light ride is also a great way to spend date night!

Excalibur – Rides that are lit up at night are obviously awesome, but there certainly is something to be said about a dark coaster with unseen twists and turns. The thrill of not knowing what lies ahead is beyond compare!

Now we’ve told you why these rides are better are night, but you’ll have to see it to believe it! Ride once in the day and once in the night to truly test it for yourself.
