Valleyfair's Food & Beverage team is excited to announce a new partnership with Tattersall Distilling Company for the 2019 season.
"We knew we wanted to partner with a local distillery to enhance our selection of cocktails in the park," Matthew Anderson, Valleyfair's Food & Beverage Director, said, "Tattersall is focused on producing a high-quality product and with their award-winning record, we knew they would be a perfect fit to the Valleyfair experience."
Valleyfair's F&B team hand selected a specific barreled rum to be featured in the park for the 2019 season, for guests 21+. The F&B team then worked with the Tattersall crew to create signature cocktails that will only be found at Valleyfair.
Valleyfair Rum Punch will be introduced at The Depot, Breaker's Bay Bar, private catered events, and special events such as Minnesota Eats. This fruity drink is the perfect mixture of Valleyfair's single barrel rum, orange crema, strawberry, and apple.
Another one of the signature cocktails for the 2019 season is the Wild Thing Sling. This mixture begins with a base of Valleyfair's single barrel rum and is topped with pineapple and lime juice. The bright green color will have you dreaming of Wild Thing and this drink just may be the liquid courage you need to ride that coaster for the first time!
"I think guests are really going to enjoy the new selection of beverages in the park," David Whitmer, Valleyfair's Executive Chef, said, "These cocktails are great on their own but can also be paired perfectly with one of our many new food options."
