Valleyfair believes in being a strong member of our community and strives to support area non-profit organizations through the donation of admission tickets to be used in fundraising activities. All donation requests must be submitted through the online form below. Valleyfair no longer accepts written or verbal requests. Due to the high volume of submissions, please do not call or e-Mail concerning the status of your request. 

Donation Guidelines:

  • Donation requests must be made a minimum of six weeks prior to scheduled event.
  • Donations are only made to non-profit organizations located in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, or North Dakota.
  • Valleyfair does not donate Season Passes or monetary donations.
  • Organizations are limited to two (2) Valleyfair Regular Single Day Admission tickets per request. Only one (1) request per organization will be accepted within a twelve (12) month period.
  • Donations will only be made to federally licensed 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organizations. An organization’s 501(c)(3) tax organization number will be required with the request.
  • Donation requests will only be accepted through this online submission form.
  • Online Request form must be filled out completely. Any missing information will result in the disqualification of request.

We would love to provide support to everyone and thank you for visiting to see if your non-profit group is eligible. Regrettably, we are unable to provide support to the following groups: 

  • For-profit organizations.
  • Individuals or individual families.
  • Religious groups utilizing donations for fundraising events or activities with a specific religious purpose.
  • Political parties or organizations with a specific political agenda.
  • Any organization that discriminates due to color, sex, nationality, sexual orientation or creed.
  • Competitions, recognition events, holiday parties, door prizes, give-a-ways, and/or reward or other incentive programs are only eligible if affiliated with a federally licensed 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, and the tax ID number is provided.

Donation requests must be submitted through the online form below. Submission of a donation request does not guarantee you will be approved. Unfortunately, due to the high demand, it is not possible for us to grant tickets to every donation request. If your request is approved you will receive tickets four to six weeks prior to your event.

 

Valleyfair is no longer accepting donation requests for the 2017 Season. We ask that you please check back on or after the first week of January 2018 for additional information and an opportunity to complete your request. Thank you for all that you and your organization do to better your community and the lives in it!
