At Valleyfair, we want you to have an AWESOME time with your friends and family, without sacrificing safety in any way. That’s why we’re moving toward all cashless payments throughout the park. Simply swipe or tap your credit card, debit card, or smart device with Apple Pay or Google Pay where you would normally use cash. It’s faster, safer, and always secure.
No card? No problem! At our Cash-to-Card Kiosks, you can convert your cash into a prepaid debit card you can use anywhere – not just inside the park - with no fees. It’s easy and FREE!
Please Note: Apple Pay and Google Pay are not accepted at the Valleyfair parking tolls at this time.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and most debit cards are accepted for payment. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. The parks have multiple Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout to allow you to convert your cash to a prepaid card with no fee. Leftover funds can be used anywhere VISA/Mastercard is accepted in the United States.
Front Gate, Plaza Shopper, Sweet!, Midway Games and Stadium Grille.
There are no fees to convert your cash to a prepaid card and no fees to use the card in or outside the park. As long as the card is used regularly, no monthly fees will apply. After 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity, however, a $3.95 fee will be charged each month.
A minimum of $1 and up to $500 can be loaded on a card.
Prepaid cards are not reloadable.
Cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted in the United States.
The balance on the prepaid card can be checked at a Cash-to-Card kiosk, online at RCbalance.com or by calling the number found on the back of the card.
The kiosk will provide you with a receipt. Take the receipt to the Guest Services office at the Front Gate. The Guest Services team will work with the kiosk provider to verify the error and then load the funds onto a prepaid card.
