Top 10 Fun Facts About Our 2023 Season

Wow, what a season, Minnesota! 

Valleyfair Amusement Park was filled to the brim with excitement, fun, and thrills iin 2023.  We were proud to invite you into our park to enjoy the Twin Cities' best rides, entertainment, food, games, new and favorite events, and waterpark.

Here are some of our favorite top 10 fun facts about this last season at our Minnesota themepark!

10. We sold Nanocoasters for the first time and they were a hit! Additionally, we sold over 30,000 units of candy, 675 Pickles in a Bag, and over 11,000 plushies! Be sure to check our online store around Black Friday to snag some great deals--check our social media for details later!

9. We dished out over 90,000 prizes won through our games! 

8. We granted four $2,000 scholarships through the Robert L. Munger Jr. Memorial Scholarship program to our amazing associates. 

7. We welcomed 401 BridgeUSA associates representing 28 different countries! 

6. Speaking of associates, we had 1,500 amazing seasonal associates bringing their amazing smiles, helpful spirits, and strong work ethics. 

5. We had over 1,000 schools, scouts, summer programs, and youth groups visit us this season

4. Planet SNOOPY was a hit this year--check out these top five rides ridden by little thrillsters! 

3. Wild Thing hits first place again with the most rides of any ride in the park for 2023

2. Our total ridership went up this year! We had 7.7 million rides taken across all of our rides! 

1. Total ridership since the park opened is so close to 400 million. I guess we will have to wait until 2024!
