Frito Pie with Corn and White Bean Chili - Fritos topped with corn and white bean chili, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, and green onions.
Rainbow Elote - Mexican street corn brushed with mayonnaise, coated with tri-colored cotija cheese and drizzled with a cilantro lime crema.
Butter Dipped Corn-on-the-Cob - Corn-on-the-cob dripping with butter served with Hungarian smoked paprika and sea salt.
