Valleyfair’s Culinary Manager & Chef Luis Carrillo is responsible for creating catering and special event menus that are as dynamic and thrilling as the park itself.

A native of Mexico, he has honed his culinary craft with stays at many well-known eateries across the US. Locally, Luis has held various chef positions at some of the Twin Cities top dining destinations such as Prima and Blue Plate Restaurants Highland Grill, Longfellow and The Lowry.

Luis’ passion and talent as a chef will serve to provide a taste of Valleyfair that will have you coming back for seconds!
